[Console] How to invite a user to a organization?

PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons the user wanting to do the invite must be at least role ADMIN or OWNER. If they do not satisfy this requirement they will be prompted to contact a user that has these roles.

Firstly ensure you are within the organization you wish to invite the new user too. You can check which organization you are currently in by looking top left corner of the screen. (If you open the drop down menu the organization that has the green tick is the one you are currently within). 

Once this is confirmed you can click the + icon next to your user profile in the top right hand corner of the screen. Within the drop down menu you will see an option "Invite member" once clicked, you will be navigated to the organization settings page.

Within the organization settings page you can see an option to "Invite someone" once clicked it will prompt for some user information. Here you can set the email and which role the user has, we always recommend to follow the practice of least privileges so here is a breakdown of the roles and what access they have.

Once you have entered the correct information you can hit the "Send invitation" button which will send the user an enrolment email.

PLEASE NOTE: If the user does NOT have an account with the console they will firstly need to create an account before seeing the invite. You can send them this link which will send them directly to the signup page.

Once the user has signed into their account in the top right hand corner is the notification icon, clicking on this will present a sub menu with the invite enclosed.

If the user does not see the notification within the sub menu you are advised to reload the web page. Once the notification is clicked the user will be presented with a final prompt to ensure they want to join the organization.
