[Console] How to generate a CTI API key?

You can generate a API key by firstly logging into the console then follow these steps:

1. Use your mouse or trackpad to click on the + next to your user profile in the top right hand corner 
2. Once the drop down has appeared you should find an option called "Create API key"
3. Clicking on this will forward you into the settings page under the correct section.
4. From here you will click "+ New Key", which will present you with a form to fill.
5. Complete the form sections and click "Save changes" this will then present you with you new API key.
