[Console] How to transfer a instance?

Whilst growing with CrowdSec you may need to transfer an instance from personal/organization to another organization. The user that is doing the transfer MUST be accepted into the sending and receiving organization, you can confirm your user is accepted by checking which organizations you can see via the top left drop down.

If you do not see the organization you wish to send or receive from then consult the admin of the organization.

PLEASE NOTE: for security reasons the user doing the transfer must be role level EDITOR, ADMIN or OWNER within the organizations they wish to transfer too and from. If the user fails to have these permissions they will fail to see the option OR the receiving organization within the transfer window. 

Once you are happy you can see both organizations you must enter the sender organization to see the instance you wish to transfer. (See above image where to find the drop down menu). Once you have found the instance you wish to transfer click the three dots in the top right of the card. (If you are in table mode you will find the same three dots in the actions column).

Once the sub menu has loaded you can click on "Transfer instance to another organization" which will present you a drop down list of organization you can transfer too. Once you are happy that the correct organization is selected you can confirm by pressing the confirm button.

You will receive an email confirmation once the instance has been transferred.
